The tuition costs of the New York City Children’s Chorus are funded by NYCCC families, and the costs per year are listed below. Once a child successfully auditions for the New York City Children’s Chorus, the family will be informed of placement via mail and email. At that point, generally in June, a registration form and check for one half-year tuition is due. A final tuition payment is due at the end of September. Please speak to the Artistic Director if this is a hardship for your family. Tuition aid is available for families in need.
In Harmony (Grades 9-12): $925
Concert Choir (Grades 6-8): $925
Training Choir: Allegro (Grades 4-5): $925
Training Choir: Intermezzo (Grades 3-4): $925
Training Choir: Prelude (Grades 1-2):$925
Preparatory Division (Ages 4-6): $1000
Through the gifts of our generous donors, fellow parents, and the proceeds of our Spring Concert and Annual Benefit, the New York City Children’s Chorus can offer tuition aid to talented young singers in grades one through twelve who are not able to afford the entire tuition amount. Tuition aid is not currently available for the Preparatory Division.

Families with multiple children in the chorus may speak to the Artistic Director about tuition aid upon the successful completion of the audition process should there be financial hardship.

The NYCCC administers a tuition aid program for talented students with limited financial means. Families may speak to the Executive Director about tuition aid upon the successful completion of the audition process. Tuition aid is awarded based solely on need.
